RICS HomeBuyers Survey

A Level 2 HomeBuyers Property Survey provides a visual inspection of areas that are reasonably accessible. It is designed to give you details of the condition of the property – both inside and outside – enabling you to make a more informed decision on your property purchase.

Property surveys look for serious problems that are readily evident, but does not go into detail on the structural integrity of the property. For a more in depth assessment of the property’s condition, a Level 3 Building Survey is required.

If needed you can have a valuation attached to this report. A valuation can give you an accurate estimate of how much your property could be worth on the open market. It takes into account a number of factors, including the location, parking availability, recent market trends and similar properties in the area.
